I am thrilled that you’ve come to our website to learn more about our team. Coming to UConn was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and joining the figure skating team has made my experience here better than I could have ever hoped for. I love that I get to further my academic goals while continuing to grow my skills as a figure skater. If you are looking for a school that is academically rigorous with a successful and welcoming figure skating team, then UConn is the school for you.

 

Our team consists of skaters of all levels in freestyle and ice dance. We have two wonderful coaches, Sara Bailey Cote and Justin Kozikowski, who support us both on and off the ice. We are a group with diverse interests off the ice, but we all come together with our shared passion for skating.

 

UConn Figure Skating offers a great opportunity for recreational and competitive skaters alike to train, improve, and compete. We are each other’s best friends, biggest cheering section, and most reliable support system. We sincerely hope you decide to come to UConn and join our family!
